DEPOSIT: A
non-refundable deposit of 50
% of the charter rate must be made at the time of booking.

BALANCE: Payment
schedules to be drawn up with total amount due paid in full on the day of
the cruise prior to departure.

BOARDING
& DISEMBARKATION: 1/2
hour before and after cruise.

CRUISE
TICKETS: Tickets
are provided to the charter party, by the Company, and must be used as part
of the charter package.

P.A.
& MUSIC SYSTEM: This
is provided and operated by the Company as part of the Charter package.
The hiring of a disc jockey is subject to Company approval.

LIVE
ENTERTAINMENT: The
ship's Jazz band may be available for hire upon request.

CATERING:
Buffet style food service is available on board
the ship. Please ask
for up-to-date menus and prices. Minimum group size for
catering service: 40. Maximum group size for interior
sit-down meal: 80. Maximum group size for interior
and open deck area sit-down meal: 140. Final confirmation
on the number of persons to be catered for must be made 48 hours
prior to cruise departure. This is the final count for billing
purposes.

BAR
SERVICE: The Georgian Queen is fully licensed by
the L.L.B.O. The bar is staffed
by the ship's crew. According to L.L.B.O. regulations, the bar must
close 1/2 hour prior to the ship's
return to dock. For
any host bar, a deposit of
$15.00 per person must be paid in advance.
A 15% gratuity will be added to any host bar.

LIQUOR
OTHER THAN THE SHIP'S: No
liquor other than the Ship's licensed
liquor is permitted
aboard the licensed
premises.
Any unlicensed liquor is subject to confiscation and and the bearer
is liable to charges under the Liquor License Act.

NO FLAMMABLES of any type
allowed on the ship (ie: candles, sparklers, pyrotechnics, etc.)

CANCELLATION
BY THE CHARTERER: The Charterer agrees that upon
execution of an agreement to charter the ship, the Charterer has incurred a
legal obligation to pay the agreed upon fees and charges to the Owner(s) at
the time and in the manner agreed upon.
In the event of cancellation by the Charterer, the said moneys and
charges shall be deemed to have been earned
and payable to the vessel Owner(s)
by the Charterer and the Charterer agrees to pay for same.
In the event that the vessel Owner(s) is able to mitigate its damages
by way of obtaining a replacement charter for the same date and time
contracted for hereunder the Owner(s) agree to apply to the credit of the
Charterers herein all moneys received from the said replacement charter, to
the limit of any monies paid or payable to the Owner(s) pursuant to the
terms herein.
